BDS 111 Device Based Coding Course Level 1

The course is FREE for those who buy Codey Rocky from BDS Web site or its partners. Others can avail the benefits of the course by buying it separately

The course is based on a pre-assembled robot called Codey Rocky

The course is entirely project based. Some projects are done in the class and some are given as homework

Students get to think and do more projects as per their imagination. Instructors guidance to do so is available

During the course students get to learn level 1 coding to include:

• Basics of device-based coding
• Basics of scratch and mBlock 5 SW
• Learn about internal sensors of a robot
• Do projects on, line following, obstacle avoidance, generating music, identifying colours, reacting to light and sound intensity etc
• Do mathematics with Codey Rocky
• Learn the basics of animation
• Learn to make games

• Those not buying the product from BDS can avail of the course but would have to buy the course separately
