Mission. Coding is the New English of Tomorrow. To ensure no family is handicapped tomorrow, Coding must start percolating into rural & underprivileged India today. Our mission therefore is “Ghar Ghar Coding, Har Ghar Coding”.
Aim. The government has envisioned Coding & Skill based education as the key drivers to bridge the digital divide. To implement this national vision, a team of army veterans has made it their aim to make “Coding Literacy” accessible & affordable by all homes across India.
Credentials of Team BDS. Project Akshaya, with the aim of statewide “Computer Literacy” was executed by government of Kerala in 2003 -05. In 2006, the project won the Golden Nica Award (Oscar of IT). Network for its implementation was designed & executed by the team that today constitutes the core team of BDS.
